0 – Unqualified (No AC present)
1 – Unqualified (Bad AC)
2 – Waiting to Qualify
3 – Qualifying
4 – Qualified (Good AC)

Justification: Some transfer switches, inverters, and similar AC products delay the pass-through of AC power until it has "qualified" the power as "good". The AC Point DGNs indicate whether power is available or unqualified, but without this datum there is no way to tell when the unit is still in the process of qualifying the power.
