Martin Perlot proposes adding Profile 00U - Bit Sampling Point to the Layer document under section 4.
The justification is "This test corresponds to the requirement laid out in Section 2.1.3. The limits on trunk and drop length given in section
2.1.2 assume that all products on the network meet this test. A product that does not meet this test would severely impact the maximum trunk and drop lengths possible on the network."
