Justification:
The WRV-C security model requires the user/installer grant permission to wireless devices to access specific function categories. For example, a keyfob to start the generator must be approved by the user/installer to access the Generator function category.
If any device - wired or wireless - has a practical effect different than its nominal effect, it creates a backdoor for malicious exploitation. For example, suppose a vendor chooses to implement a door lock mechanism by hooking up a solenoid to a pair of DC loads, which are controlled via the DC_LOAD_COMMAND DGN. This would allow a device that is approved only in the Electrical category to take control of a Personal Security function.
