6.38 Awning Motions Sensitivity Index

David McMillan of Carefree of Colorado and Martin Perlot of Silverleaf propose to define a "Motion Sensitivity Index" and add it to
the AWNING_STATUS and AWNING_COMMAND DGNs.

The next version of the layer document will be amended with the attached information.

In AWNING_STATUS, all bits of Byte 6 are used for Awning Light. There is no free location to report the Motion Sensitivity Index.
